Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated cheese, boiled corn, chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, black paper, mayonnaise, chili flakes (if using), and salt. Mix well.
2. Assemble the Sandwich
- Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side of 4 bread slices, spread ketchup and after spread the prepared filling evenly.
- Cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread, buttered side facing out.
3. Grill the Sandwich
- Heat a sandwich maker or grill pan.
- Place the sandwiches in the preheated sandwich maker or on the grill pan.
- Grill until the bread turns golden brown and crispy, and the cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
