Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix thoroughly.
    • Add the yogurt and warm milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft, sticky dough forms.
    • Pour in the oil and knead for about 5-6 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
    • Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1-2 hours.
  2. Prepare the Toppings:
    • In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic and chopped coriander leaves.
