Instructions

- Make small wells in the sauce using a spoon. Crack an egg into each well.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny (or cooked to your preference).
4. Garnish and Serve
- Sprinkle the dish with fresh chopped coriander or parsley.
- Serve hot with crusty bread, pita, or flatbread for dipping.
