  4. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 40-45 minutes, or until the custard is set and slightly wobbly in the center.

4. Chill and Serve

  1. Allow the custard to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate to release the caramel topping.
